Elinor D.       Reyes

Elinor D. Reyes, 53, of Danbury died February 26 at her mother’s home in Newtown.

She was born in Danbury August 28, 1951, daughter of Thelma (LaValla) Dudley of Newtown and the late William John Dudley.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Nicholas E. Reyes of Greenwich, two daughters, Samantha E. Reyes of Danbury and Orn Pfeil of Pennsylvania; a granddaughter, Zurina Reyes-McCarley of Danbury; a sister, Cyndy D. Tucker and her husband, Glenn, of Pennsylvania; nieces and nephews William Stewart and his wife, Shiela, Rebecca Tucker, Katharine Tucker, and Thomas Bruner; four great-nieces Jasmine, Lena, and Joscelynne Stewart and Ariana Tucker Glenn, all of Pennsylvania.

She was employed by G.E. Capital in accounts receivable, until December when her illness prevented her from working.

A memorial service was held at The United Methodist Church, Bethel on March 3. Cremation will take place at the direction of the family.
