Sharon N. Hamburg Johnstone, 49, of Milltown, N.J., previously of Stratford, died on February 20. Born and raised in the Milltown area, she then moved to Beacon Falls and Stratford, where she lived for 30 years. She had owned and operated Sharon’s Coffee & Tea Shop on Church Hill Road in Newtown for several years.

Mrs Johnstone moved back to Milltown two years ago. She is survived by her husband, Neil, Sr of Stratford; three daughters, Jodi Avendano of Waterbury, Lisa Costello-Kranz of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Diana Johnstone of Wolcott; one son, Neil, Jr, of Stratford; and five grandchildren, Alasia, Oceanna, Thalia, Devin, and Aiden.

Funeral services were February 25 at Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home in Milltown, N.J. Final disposition will be private. A memorial service will take place March 3 at First Church of Christ Congregational Church, 511 Amity Road in Bethany.
