Then on Sunday, March 9, also from 2 to 4 pm, the library will screen the 1948 Italian film The Bicycle Thief  as the next selection in the European Classics: From Silents to the New Wave film series.  This series, coordinated by the library’s director and film buff Mark Hasskarl, will include lecture notes, discussion and refreshments. All movies are free of charge and there is no registration required.
