Lions Club Slates Fundraising Auction
Representatives from Holbrook, N.Y.-based AJ Ross Auctions will be in Newtown on Friday, March 14, for a live auction of fine art, sports memorabilia, music memorabilia and more. The auction will be in the gymnasium of Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street.
The event is a fundraiser for Newtown Lions Club.
Preview will run from 7 to 8 pm, with bidding to begin at 8. Admission is $10 per person, which includes hors dâoeuvres, pizza, coffee, soft drinks, and cake. Beer and wine will be available for purchase, and door prizes will be awarded during the course of the sale. Tickets are available in advance or at the door.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express will be accepted forms of payment.
The sale will feature custom framed and matted pieces. Opening bids are up to 50 percent less than traditional framed gallery pieces.
