Knitting Workshop

BROOKFIELD — The Brookfield Library is sponsoring a two-session knitting workshop for adult beginners on Monday, April 7, and Monday, April 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, in the Brookfield Library Community Room. The instructor will be Cyndie McGuire

 Learn about the history of knitting, knitting tools and yarn, how to get stitches on the needles (casting on) and the two basic stitches (knit and purl) and how to end work (binding off). The cost is $10 to be paid at the time of registration. Class size is limited to 12 participants and a list of materials is available at the time of signup.
