UConn At Stamford Offers New Real Estate Seminars

The University of Connecticut’s Division of Extended and Continuing Education and the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) will offer two new real estate seminars this spring. Each course is worth three continuing education credits, and develops participants’ understanding of investment properties and market analysis. Open to the public, the new real estate seminars will take place at UConn in downtown Stamford.

Fundamentals of Investment Analysis will take place on March 30 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. This seminar covers current investment, income capitalization and debt coverage ratios, among other issues.

Market Analysis will be held on May 4 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. It presents an overview of the technical considerations, uses, applications and results of a market analysis. Courses will be offered for $99 each.
