As students learning about Mardi Gras, what part of the celebration would you like to keep with you all year round?

Katie Pessin: I like the celebration, the parade. Seems like everybody gets together once a year to have fun.

Ayriel Sorrentino: The upbeat kind of environment.

Annika Garrett: I’d like to keep the food. I like the different desserts.

Christian Gregoire: I’d have to say, the masks.

Rafael Alves: The food.

Ken Toal: Definitely the food.
