Vincent Venitelli & Meaghen Garbay

Sandra and Vincent Venitelli of Sandy Hook announce the engagement of their son, Vincent August Venitelli, to Meaghen Elizabeth Garbay, daughter of Faye and John Garbay of Orchard Park, N.Y.

Vincent, who is now a resident of West Seneca, N.Y., is a 2003 graduate of Newtown High School. He earned a bachelor of music degree from Ithaca College School of Music and a master of music from SUNY-Fredonia. He is a director of bands for West Valley Central School District.

Meaghen, currently living in Orchard Park, N.Y., is an elementary band director for West Seneca Central School District. She is a 2003 graduate of Orchard Park High School. She has earned a bachelor of music degree from Ithaca College School of Music and a master of music degree from SUNY-Fredonia.

The couple is planning a July 2011 wedding to take place at Nativity of Our Lord in Orchard Park, with a reception to follow at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens in Depew, N.Y.
