Police report that after learning that they held a warrant for his arrest, Marc Smith, 19, of Hartford turned himself over to police on February 21 and was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Police said that during August 2010, Smith allegedly posted on the Internet photographs of an unidentified Newtown person which contained nudity.

Following arrest processing, Smith was released on a written promise to appear on March 8 in Danbury Superior Court.
