Ruby

SOUTH KENT, CONN. — Ruby, beloved Jack Russell, 16 years old and a regular companion in the booth of Merle Koblenz, succumbed to old age on January 26. She was a member of the antique show circuit, including the Wilton shows, Ridgefield, Antiques in a Cow Pasture, Marion and many more.

She loved overseeing the packing of her provision bags and piloting the van to the various shows, though she took her duties seriously — supervising set up and greeting customers. Deservedly, Ruby napped all the way on the drive home.
