LOS ANGELES, CALIF. — The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) will present the program, “Conversations with Artists: Martin Parr and Chris Killip” on Sunday, March 9, at 7 pm in the Brown auditorium.

LACMA’s curator of photography Charlotte Cotton will moderate an informal discussion with these British photographers about their work from the early 1980s. Through the visionary work of photographers who documented their communities with empathy, integrity and humor, this presentation explores the social terrain of the United Kingdom during a turbulent economic and political decade.
