Robyn and Kevin McDonald sold their home at 40 Aspetuck Pines Drive, New Milford, to Erica Tigrett of Danbury.

Todd Sargent of William Raveis Real Estate listed the property, which was sold by Jill Wolowitz of Prudential Connecticut Realty of Newtown.

Attorney Scott McCarthey of New Milford represented the sellers and attorney Keith Hathaway of Milford represented the buyers.
