Eileen Honan and Alexa Vacaro have been placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of Scranton. Eileen is a junior majoring in political science. Alexa is a sophomore, elementary education major.

Sheila O’Connor, a senior majoring in music education, has been placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.

Sandy Hook resident Jacqueline Gutbrod has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Boston University.

Tara Ryan, the daughter of Patricia and Jack Ryan of Sandy Hook, received high honors for the fall semester at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Louis Mahmood, has been named to second honors on the Clark University dean’s list for the fall semester. Clark University is in Worcester, Mass.

Brett Eastman, Sarah Janisch, and Adam Moskowitz have been placed on the dean’s list at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. Branden Roumanis of Sandy Hook was also named to the dean’s list at Rensselaer. Brett is a junior majoring in materials engineering. Sarah is a senior majoring in biochemistry and biophysics. Branden is a senior majoring in computer science and Adam is a sophomore also majoring in computer science.

Northeastern University located in Boston is proud to announce that the following Newtown residents have been placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester: Abbey Kole, Erin Breton, Timothy Fredette, Laura Hennessy, Victoria Lambkin, Blaise Laporta, Elizabeth McCooey, Joel Rudzinski, David Tammaro and Crystal Wesockes. The following Sandy Hook residents have also been named to the dean’s list at Northeastern: Andrea O’Hearne, John Rigby, Vanessa Barton, Andrea Fletcher, and Susan Wurzelbacher.
