Kidologie Children’s Fairs will present its 3rd Annual Kidologie Gets Ready for Summer on Sunday, March 15, at Reed Intermediate School.

The event will run from 11 am until 3 pm. Admission is $15 per family (two adults and up to three children ages 3-12).

Kidologie events offer a for family entertainment and an ideal way for parents to meet area businesses specializing in services to families. Kidologie signature events include free goody bags, free giveaways, free entertainment and free hands-on activities. The first 300 families to attend the March event will receive a goody bag — a reusable drawstring bag — filled with information and treats, including samples of Newman’s Own Popcorn and GoGo squeeze applesauce treats.

Special guests on March 15 will include Olaf, from Frozen (courtesy of Light It Up CT) and The Snow Queen (presented by Fairytale Memories).

Children attending this year’s Kidologie Gets Ready for Summer can make their own wooden toolbox and receive a free workshop apron fro The Home Depot.

Woodloch Pines Resort will provide a free family vacation to its all-inclusive family resort in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountain to one family, through a free raffle, at each Kidologie event this year.

In addition, Wells Fargo & Company — which has signed on to be the sponsor of three 2015 Kidologie events — will be providing an iPad mini for families to enter to win. Event postcards with the Wells Fargo logo will be distributed through the area at local participating businesses. Families are encouraged to complete the card and bring it with them the day of the event, to be entered to win the prize. The postcard, which also serves as a coupon for a $5 family savings for the event, can also be downloaded from kidologie.com.

In addition to the Postcard Sponsorship for Kidologie Gets Ready for Summer, Wells Fargo is the Banner Sponsor at 1st Annual Kidologie Dives Into a Summer of Fun and Learning at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk on May 3 and the 4th Annual Kidologie Goes Back to School on August 16 at Westfield Trumbull Mall.
