Tina Louise Griffith, 53, of Hamden died peacefully February 13, in Danbury. She was born March 7, 1964, in Lewiston, Maine, daughter of Hattie (Parbus) Griffith of Newtown and the late James Griffith.

Ms Griffith grew up in California, moved to Colorado Springs, Colo., and then moved to New Milford, where she lived until moving to Hamden in 2016. She was a member of the Church of Christ in New Milford.

Besides her mother, her sisters, Belinda Ireland and her husband David of New Milford, and Joyce Leon and her fiancée Dennis Chiulli of Valley Cottage, N.Y.; and six nieces and five nephews survive her.

A funeral service will be at the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, on Saturday, February 24, at 6 pm.
