International cycling will arrive in Danbury on Sunday, May 20, in the first-ever Housatonic Valley Classic, a National Racing Calendar Event. The five-hour race will begin at 9:30 am from City Center in Danbury. Since it’s a spring position in the USA Cycling Federation Calendar, that means it will be an essential warm-up for the United States Professional Cycling Championships in June. The race will traverse the ten towns of the Housatonic Valley.
