To the Editor:

Last Sunday, February 7, I fell on the ice freshly covered by the new falling snow and broke my wrist. Officer Maryhelen McCarthy who was patrolling on Queen Street came to my help and brought me home.

A couple of days later, she brought a bag of food for my husband and me. I want to thank her so much for caring and being so supportive.
