Arctic Wildlife Refuge

BROOKFIELD — The Sierra Club’s Housatonic Valley Group will hold its next meeting on Monday, February 21, beginning at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be at Brookfield Community Center, 100 Pocono Road.

Oil and Ice and Being Caribou, two Sierra Club films on the future of the Arctic Wildlife Refuge, will be shown followed by commentary by Tom Paul. The films depict the beauty of the life on the wildlife refuge as it is again threatened with oil development.
