Stanton Joins City & Suburban
Newtown resident Jeffrey P. Stanton has joined City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank of Yonkers, N.Y., as vice president, loan administration.
Mr Stanton formerly was with Wells Fargo in New York City as vice president, commercial mortgage origination. He was senior investment manager, the Real Estate Investment Group of MetLife in New York City, and was senior consultant at Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capitol in New York City.
He brings to City & Suburban his seasoned expertise as a senior investment manager in residential and commercial mortgage financing, investments, and underwriting.

Jeffrey Stanton started his career in the financial services industry in 1983 as a management trainee at Carteret Savings & Loan, Carteret Mortgage Corporation, New Jersey, after gaining his BA degree in history at Lake Forest College, Illinois, and completing his MAI coursework at the Appraisal Institute, Chicago. After being promoted vice president in 1987, Mr Stanton moved to Coldwell Banker Commercial, Real Estate Advisory Services Inc, in New York City, where his career in the residential and commercial mortgage financing began.
