Sarah Diane Gardner, daughter of Robert and Karen Gardner of Cannon Drive, Newtown, and Craig Anthony Bettez, son of Robert Bettez of Manchester, N.H. and Vicky Markey of Scottsdale, Ariz., were married September 18 at the Congregational Church of Exeter in Exeter, N.H. The Rev Robert Curry officiated.
Matron of honor was Kara Kelley of Litchfield, N.H. Sister of the groom, Brooke Bettez, served as bridesmaid, as did Jo Ellen Gardner and Kathleen Gardner, the brideâs sisters-in law, and Jackie Bonanno.
Best man was Albie MacDonald of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Christopher Gardner and Timothy Gardner, the brideâs brothers, Bryant Bettez, brother of the groom, Mason Crowe and Freddy Brown ushered. Ring bearers were Andrew Gardner, Newtown, and Matthew Gardner, Enfield, N.H., nephews of the bride.
A reception was held at The Inn of Exeter in Exeter, followed by a wedding trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
The bride is a graduate of Newtown High School and received her bachelor of science degree from Keene State College, Keene, N.H. She is employed as senior benefit specialist at Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, N.H. The groom graduated from Exeter (N.H.) High School, and is the owner of C.B. Pools in Manchester, N.H.
The couple makes their home in Danville, N.H.
