DANBURY — Self-portrait artist Selina Trieff will discuss her work on Tuesday, February 22, at 1 pm, in Viewing Room 1 of Western CT State University’s White Hall, 181 White Street.

New York Times critic John Russell has described Ms Trieff as “an American original … Her chief subject is herself – but herself in many guises. Dressed up, partnered by herself in compositions that echo the Old Masters…”

The event is free and open to the public. It is being presented as aprt of the university’s Master of Fine Arts slide lecture series.
