Viewers To Question Charter
On Wednesday, February 28, at 8pm, Charter Communications staff will turn the cameras on themselves on the public affairs program HomeFront Live! Customers of the cable system will have the opportunity to call in and speak with Charter management. Customers will be able to ask questions or make comments about billing and service issues as well as any other cable related issues on their minds.
This âAsk the Managerâ special is also an opportunity for customers to find out more about new technology being made available in the cable industry.
The program will include short features about customer service, distance learning, community access, and other related topics. The programâs panel will include Charterâs group director of operations, John Dee, and group director of marketing, Janice Vance.
Charter Communications and CommuniTyVision 21 invite Charter customers to call in and speak with the panel during this special edition of HomeFront Live! HomeFront Live! is a non-commercial, public affairs community service of Charter Communications and it provides an opportunity for subscribers to call and participate in live, interactive television.
