Let's Experience God
Letâs Experience God
On Sunday, February 13, Trinity Church held âLetâs Experience Godâ Games Day. Trinityâs undercroft was transformed into a giant game board where people of all ages experienced God through music, touch, charades, smell, reading, taste, and actions. New York set designer Linda Parsloe created the giant interactive, intergenerational game. High School junior Katie Miller served as emcee. Terri Gottlieb portrayed Vanna White. Other participants included judges Pastor Kathie Adams-Shepherd and Pastor Kurt Huber; musicians Dean Snellback, Martha Campbell-Galie, John Ehlers and Andrew Zimmerman; charades, Pastor Kurt, Cassie Shewmaker, Cannon Jones. Rick Chamiec-Case and Chris Miller staffed the touch, smell, and taste booth. Team leaders and assistants included Chrissy Pierce, Kaity DiVanno, Beth and Allura Thompson, Sue and Emily Fiorey, Matt Miller, and Wendy Stauffer. Younger students served as dice rollers and card pickers.Â
