Bluebirds Abound

WOODBURY — Bluebird expert Fred Comstock will return to Flanders Nature Center for his annual program on bluebirds on Saturday, February 26. The program will begin at 1:30 pm. Contact Flanders, 263-3711, for details concerning the minimal program fee.

During his popular program, Mr Comstock will present information on how to attract bluebirds to your property, a history of the rise and fall of populations and the natural history history of the birds themselves, and how to monitor bird boxes. A discussion and slide show will be the primary focus of “Bluebirds Abound.”

The program will be in the Van Vleck Farm Sanctuary, part of the Flanders Center property and located at the corner of Flanders and Church Hill Roads in Woodbury. The program is suitable for all ages.
