Wine Tasting Event Will

Be ‘Affair To Remember’

Trinity Episcopal Church is planning its second annual wine tasting event, this year being called “An Affair To Remember,” to take place Saturday, February 14.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a wide selection of wines, food and entertainment, and a silent auction. The event will run from 7 to 10 pm in The Alexandria Room at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street in Newtown. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Proceeds will benefit Trinity’s youth programs, with a percentage also being donated to Newtown Youth & Family Services.

Wines for the evening will be supplied by Yankee Wine & Spirits and Stop & Save Liquors. All wine selections offered during the evening will be available to order from presentation staff.

Silent auction items will include goods and services. Last year’s event featured gift certificates from dozens of local restaurants, stores and businesses.
