The Harlem Wizards are coming back to Newtown for a comedy basketball game on Sunday, February 22. The game will be played at Newtown High School beginning at 3 pm. The Wizards will take on a team of Newtown teachers and school staff as they have done in the past.

Tickets are $8 for students, $10 for adults in advance, and will cost $2 more at the door, if not sold out. Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased at all Newtown school offices during school hours. The last time the Harlem Wizards came to Newtown, the gym was packed, so fans are encouraged to buy tickets as soon as possible.

Throughout the game, fans will experience a magical display of tricks, coordinated ball handling, fancy passing, and aerodynamic athleticism, combined with high-energy comedy and audience interaction. More than just basketball, the event is a comedic take on a regular game, with lots of slam dunks, athletic tricks, and humor, appealing particularly to young fans.
