Emily Rose Stefanko and Erhan Uskudarli

John and Carina Stefanko of Sandy Hook announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Rose, to Erhan Uskudarli, son of Douglas and Molly Uskudarli of New Milford.

Ms Stefanko is a 2002 graduate of Newtown High School and is employed as a preschool teacher at Merryhill Child Care Center in Newtown.

Mr Uskudarli graduated from Kent School in 1998 and received his bachelor of arts in marketing from Western Connecticut State University. He is an estimator for building supplies in Wallingford.

A wedding is planned for this spring.
