Keri Martocci and Bryan Phillips

A July wedding is being planned to unite in marriage Keri Ellen Martocci and Bryan Francis Phillips, both of Boston.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Terri-Ann Martocci of Newtown. She graduated from Rocky Hill High School in 1996, then from Saint Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s of science in education, and then from Southern Connecticut State University with her master’s in reading.

The groom-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Hanover High School. He is the son of Patricia Vodian of Scituate, Mass., and Ralph Phillips of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. He is employed as a technician for Verizon in Boston.
