Frederick Allen Vogel

Frederick Allen Vogel, 64, of Seymour, Mo., formerly of Redding and Westport, died February 5 in the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, Mo.

He was the brother of Clinton Vogel of Newtown.

Mr Vogel was born in Bridgeport, son of the late Edward and Louise (Emeneger) Vogel, and had resided in Redding for 25 years prior to moving to Seymour, Mo., in 1990.

He was a former employee of Vogel Electric and the Town Highway Department in Redding. He was also a US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include three daughters, Sherrie Wuensch of San Diego, Calif., Joye Borkowski of Sherman, and Christine Feleciano of Reno, Nev.; another brother, Donald Vogel of Fairfield; three grandchildren, Katie Wuensch, Amanda Borkowski, and Kyle Borkowski; and his longtime friend and companion, Judy Herman of Seymour, Mo.

Graveside services took place in Seymour, Mo. The Holman Howe Funeral Home, 214 W. Clinton Street, Seymour, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.
