Chamber Hosting Joint Meeting, Workshop

The Newtown Chamber of Commerce, Newtown Rotary, and Newtown Economic Development Commission will hold their annual joint meeting Monday, February 16, at The Inn at Newtown at 6 pm.

Requests for nominations for Business of the Year will be announced. Presented by the Newtown Economic Development Commission, guests can attend a workshop to develop ideas to encourage business economic expansion in Newtown.

The Newtown Chamber and Rotary strive to meet at least once a year to help expand the networks and relationships of the members for both organizations. Attendance is encouraged by chamber members and those looking to join the chamber.

For reservations, call the Newtown Chamber of Commerce business office at 426-2695 by February 12. Tickets are $20 and include dinner. A cash bar will be available.
