Welcomes New Realtor

Pat Linnell, broker owner of Linnell Real Estate, has announced that Mila Lanfranco has joined the company as a realtor. Ms Lanfranco was formerly associated with William Raveis Real Estate in New Milford.

“Mila’s high energy level, together with her sales expertise, makes her a positive addition to our company,” said Ms Linnell. “Mila will specialize in listing and selling in New Milford and the greater Danbury/Newtown area. She is a member of the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  She is also a member of the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System.”

An animal and nature lover with two Labrador retrievers, Ms Lanfranco has been a New Milford resident for the past 15 years. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with a BA in painting, and subsequently earned an associate degree in marketing from Norwalk College. Prior to entering real estate, she worked in banking and retail sales. She and her husband, Ned, have two children. Alexandra attends the University of New Hampshire majoring in psychology and Christopher attends the University of Rhode Island, majoring in computer science.
