Flagpole Photographers is an organization through which photographers can learn more about photography during monthly meetings, primarily through presentations by guest speakers. Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month, usually in the meeting room of Newtownâs public library.
Members may also exhibit their own work during private presentations at meetings, enter their work in the monthly club competitions, take field trips, become involved in community programs, and take part in an annual club exhibition.
Membership is $20 per person each year, although high school students can join free of charge. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in photography, regardless of level of experience.
