EWN Program On Managing Change

WESTPORT — “Using the WIIFM Factor to Effectively Manage Change” will be the topic of an EWN luncheon at noon on Wednesday, February 16 at the Peppermill Restaurant, 1700 Post Road East.

The luncheon speaker will be Penny Pearlman, who will explain how the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) Factor in change management is one of the most simple but effective tools for achieving success. This interactive presentation will provide tips and techniques to empower individuals to make the changes they are considering, and help others not only accept and manage change, but also to be excited about and welcome change.

Ms Pearlman, co-founder and partner of IMP3, brings more than 25 years of business acumen and experience in the business world to her clients. As an accomplished strategic change facilitator, she knows how to develop consensus and motivation. She has helped clients – such as The American Cancer Society, the Connecticut Hospital Association, and the Network of Executive Women – find solutions for success in a changing, challenging, and uncertain environment.

Guests and prospective members are invited to attend the event.  Cost is $37.50 for non-members and $25 for members, with a $5 walk-in charge for those without a reservation by February 15.  Reservations may be made by registering on EWN’s web site at www.ewn-ct.org or by mailing a check to EWN, P.O. Box 683, Westport, Conn. 06881.
