65th Wedding Anniversary

Josephine and Michael Lucas celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with family on January 29, 2012.

Josephine and Michael were married January 25, 1947, at St Rose Church by Father Conroy.

They have lived in Sandy Hook in the house they built for 65 years.  Both are retired from the State of Connecticut.

They have two children, Michael of Stratford and Susan and her husband Dennis Petty of Sandy Hook. They also have two grandsons, Robert Petty of Sandy Hook, and John and his wife Heather, also of Sandy Hook.
