Police Seeking The Owners Of Found Items
Police are seeking to return to their owners four items which have been found around town.
Those items are being held for safekeeping at the police station at 3 Main Street, telephone 426-5841.
On January 21, a childâs finger ring was found on Washington Avenue, near Riverside Road.
On January 11, a gold bracelet was found in the rear parking lot of Town Hall South at 3 Main Street.
Police are also seeking the owner of a black case that contains about a dozen compact discs and DVDs. The item was found on Queen Street, near Borough Lane, following the townâs Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Ram Pasture on the evening of December 2.
Police also are seeking to find the owner of a Nintendo-brand Game Boy Advance handheld electronic game device, plus an electronic game, which were found September 26 at Fairfield Hills, near athletic fields.
