Easy, Romantic Desserts

BETHEL — Bethel Public Library will host a “Chocolate Dessert Demonstration and Tasting” by Bethel’s own chocolatier, Ruedi Hauser, on Monday, February 13, from 7 to 8:30 pm.

The library will open on that day only for this program.

Mr Hauser will demonstrate delicious desserts that can be prepared at home for someone special.

The demonstration is free, and registration is recommended.
