Adele Unger Named Manager

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, N.Y., has named Adele Unger as manager of the company’s Newtown office.

Ms Unger holds an AOS degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. She entered the real estate field in 2001. Prior to that, she had a successful career as a pastry chef and a dining services manager.

A top sales associate in Fairfield and southern Litchfield Counties, she has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Newtown office since 2002, when it was Curtiss & Crandon Realty.

Ms. Unger was raised in Newtown and still resides there with her two children. She is very involved in local politics and education, serving as co-president of the Newtown PTA for two years. “I love this area and know it well, which makes my job very easy,” said Ms Unger. “I serve only the communities I know. I feel very strongly about this, which is why I look forward to emphasizing the importance of personal marketing and service to this particular real estate market.”
