The Newtown Rotary Foundation, a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, is holding its annual fundraising raffle. The fundraiser kicked off on Thursday, January 21 and will run through Friday, April 16.

The prize drawing is scheduled for Sunday, April 18, at 7:30 pm, at the Newtown Community Center, 8 Simpson Street.

This year, the club is offering $3,000 in prizes, awarding three prepaid Visa gift cards valued at $1,500, $1,000, and $500. Tickets are available through club members, or through an online payment portal for a no-contact process. — visit newtownctrotary.org/2021raffle.

One hundred percent of the funds raised will support the club’s annual giving budget, supporting community organizations and events. To learn more, go to www.newtownctrotary.org.

Tickets purchased online will be mailed via USPS as receipt of drawing entry, while ticket stub will be retained by the club for the drawing on April 18.

The Newtown Rotary Club has been active in the Newtown community since 1939 and consists of all volunteers who provide community services in many ways throughout the year.
