C.H. Booth Library will be hosting a Valentine’s Bake-Along with Tina Zaccardi via Zoom on Wednesday, February 2, at 7 pm.

Zaccardi is a prize-winning chef who has been featured on a variety of national and local television shows. She runs her company Tina Zaccardi Bakes and was also the winner of season 4 of ABC’s The Great American Baking Show. Learn more about Tina Zaccardi by visiting TinaZazzardi.com.

For this Valentine’s Day program, attendees will make Chocolate Raspberry Individual Ice Box Cakes for two. Zaccardi will show everyone how to make and bake the chocolate cookies, the raspberry whipped cream, and how to assemble the dessert. She will talk about other flavors that can be used as well.

This recipe makes two servings. Recipe instructions and ingredients will be provided upon registration, which can be done at chboothlibrary.org.
