Volunteers Needed For Kevin’s Clinic

Connecticut-licensed nurses are needed to volunteer their services at Kevin’s Community Center, Newtown’s free health clinic for medically uninsured residents.

The clinic is open on Wednesdays from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.

The clinic currently is in the process of moving from Canaan House at Fairfield Hills into a building on Peck’s Lane where some town offices are also being relocated.

Any nurse who would like more information about volunteering at the clinic is asked to call Carol M. Amaral, volunteer coordinator, at 426-6038.
