Free YMCA Family Night

BROOKFIELD — The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut’s Greenknoll Branch will hold a YMCA Family Night on Friday, February 4, from 6 to 8. The event is free and open to the community.

Activities will include swimming in the main pool and warm therapeutic pool (health regulations required swim diapers and rubber pants for children recently or not yet potty trained; and adults must be in the water with all children 9 years old and younger); story hour with stories, singing, crafts, and refreshments from 7 to 8 for children ages 3 to 6 ; playing racquetball; trying a Tae Kwon Do class (6:40 to 7:40); games in the babysitting room; blood pressure screenings; target heart rate calculations; and door prizes and giveaways.
