Free Concert By Eighth Blackbird

SOUTHPORT — eighth blackbird, a prize-winning sextet of piano, violin, cello, flute, clarinet and percussion musicians, will give a free Young Persons’ Concert on Saturday, February 12, at 2 pm.

The concert will be held at Pequot Library, 720 Pequot Avenue, Southport. The program is suitable for ages 5 to 15 and will last approximately 50 minutes. Audience participation will be encouraged, and a few door prizes will be awarded.
