Shelby Neveriski poured in 32 points and dragged down nine rebounds as Alpine Realty romped past The Gym at Newtown, 66-50, in The Gym at Newtown Women’s Basketball League.

Tori Anderton added 22 points and 10 rebounds while Kelly Fengler had 10 points and a game-high 18 rebounds to go along with three blocks and three steals. For The Gym, Jaime Murphy had 14 points and nine rebounds as Mel Darrah and Christy Hardy dropped in 10 points each and combined for six rebounds. Carolyn Schreiber had eight points and Jen Thomas chipped in with six points while pulling down a team-high 13 rebounds.

Kim Lowell popped in 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Dr Gellert slipped past Newtown Mobil, 48-44. Holly Ferguson canned 14 points and pulled down 12 rebounds while Ken Timpanelli and Laura Cook combined for 12 points and 10 boards. For Newtown Mobil, Amy Proulx popped in 21 points with the aid of four three-pointers. Karen Katrinak added nine points and seven rebounds as Kelly Pinkney chipped in six points.

Lisa Schang poured in 23 points and ripped down 15 rebounds to lead Walsh Logging to a decisive 65-41 win over Colorgraphics. Jen Zdiarski added 18 points, including a pair of three-pointers, while grabbing 12 boards. Tracy Paella had a nice game with 14 points and five boards. Doris Ratner and Joanne Duncanson combined for 10 points while Duncanson pulled down 12 boards. For Colorgraphics, Rachael McGrath led the way with 14 points as Colleen Ruiz added 10 points and 10 rebounds. Denise Passano chipped in nine points as Alex H. pulled down a team high 12 rebounds.
