Buick Roadmaster Damaged

Police report an incident in which an unknown motorist drove into a large parked, unoccupied sedan and then left the scene without reporting the accident, constituting a case of evading responsibility.

Police said that a 1994 Buick Roadmaster sedan owned by a Trumbull woman was parked unoccupied in the side parking lot of the Super Stop & Shop supermarket at Sand Hill Plaza at 228 South Main Street between 2 and 2:57 pm on January 17, when an unknown motorist drove into the Buick, scraping and denting its left rear door.

Police are investigating and ask anyone with information about the incident to contact them at 426-5841.
