Shooting Comic Arrows At Seven Angels

WATERBURY — “Heavenly Comic Valentine Show” will feature an evening of comedy with four New York City comedians on stage at Seven Angels Theater. Cupid will shoot his comic arrow on Saturday, February 12, at 8 pm.

The one night only event will feature a dessert reception and a unique Valentine raffle that includes a night for two at the Curtis House in Woodbury and gift certificates to dine at Café 4Fifty7, Diorio’s, and Nico’s.

Tickets for the show are $25.

Headlining the show will be the award-winning Chris Rush, who was voted Best Male Comic by the Association of Comedy Artists. His one-man show at The Tao of Laughter in New York City highlights one of his comic circuit stops which include Caroline’s, The Bottom Line, The Comedy Store (LA) and the Treehouse in Connecticut.

Joining Chris Rush on stage to sling the comic arrows will be Debbie Perlman, whose appearance on Good Day New York left the morning show’s hosts in fits of laughter; and Jim Gallagher, who performed with the famous Eastside Players featuring CBS King of Queens star Kevin James.

Call the box office at 203/757-4676 for more information. Seven Angels Theatre is in the historic Hamilton Park Pavilion on Plank Road, just off I-84 in Waterbury. Parking is free.
