Catholic Church Is Planning Second Annual Crystal Ball Gala Fundraiser
On Saturday, February 10, St Rose parish community and friends will gather and celebrate at its second annual Crystal Ball Gala as the church family prepares to break ground on the new expansion to its campus facilities, which currently serve nearly 2,000 community children weekly.
The Crystal Ball will once again be held at The Waterview in Monroe.
âRenowned for its opulent decor and ambiance, this venue is the perfect backdrop for this luxurious âred carpetâ affair,â says Stephanie DeBartolomeo, an event planning consultant and gala co-chair with Tracy Brady. âThe evening promises to be exceptional, transporting guests to a VIP world of luxury and glamour â if only for an evening â with fine dining, dancing, and some very ritzy and exclusive offers for ladies and gents.â
Guests will be surrounded with all things crystal, glistening silver and shimmering illumination, completed with a splash of sparkling ruby. Along with a five-course gourmet dinner â including an open bar and generous dessert table â guests will be entertained by New York City Swing, a 15-piece orchestra. All of this will be accompanied by a lavish, white glove service.
Live and silent auctions will feature luxury items in the vacation, auto, and home decor categories, along with exclusive celebrity, red carpet experiences and sports-related packages offering VIP access to events.
Ms DeBartolomeo and Ms Brady also planned the First Annual Ball, which raised more than $80,000 for the parish, with net proceeds going to the new building initiative.
Tickets are $125 per person and are available on a first come, first served basis. Table sponsors are also being sought, with each sponsor promised special attention, recognition, and accoutrements for their guests that evening.
