Preserving Something Of Value

To the Editor:

I was delighted to read about the conservation of so much of the beautiful Wasserman land. It is an exceptionally scenic property, and Julia’s gift is one more example of her continuing generosity to and advocacy for Newtown.

Although my husband and I moved from town a couple of years ago to pursue a more rural lifestyle in south-central Pennsylvania, it warms my heart that the serenity of this beautiful piece of land will not be disturbed by the intrusion of yet more subdivisions.
