Announces Workshops For

Not-For-Profit Organizations

FAIRFIELD — Fairfield Arts Council (FAC) will offer an ongoing series of workshops providing important information for not-for-profit organizations.

The first workshop, “Developing Board Leadership,” will be on Wednesday, February 13, from 6 to 8 pm. This workshop will explore the various types of leadership not-for-profit boards need. Participants will learn how to access whether their board members are being asked to do too much, or too little; how to have meetings and board activities that are productive and rewarding; and how to identify the right people to lead their organization forward.

The facilitator is Robert Campbell, a senior executive/management consultant with Paradigm Fox, LLC. He has had extensive organizational development coaching experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors

Upcoming workshops include “Financial Management for Not-for-Profits” on Tuesday, March 18, from noon to 2 pm.
