Holmes Achieves National Recognition
Alice E. Holmes, sales associate with William Pitt Real Estate, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyerâs Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
âThe ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service, demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers,â explains Terrence M. McDermott, president and CEO of REBAC.
Mrs Holmes joins more than 12,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. The requirements for this designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical experience in the filed of buyers representation.
Mrs Holmes is affiliated with William Pitt Real Estate in Newtown and has also achieved the Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute designations and is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
REBAC was founded in 1988 and currently has more than 21,000 members in North America. The National Association of Realtors, âThe voice for Real Estate,â is the nationâs largest professional trade association, representing nearly 720,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
