Robert Feola

Robert  Feola, 39, of Trumbull, beloved son of Maria Feola and the late Nicola Feola, died January 20 in his home.

He was the nephew of Emilio Feola of Newtown.

Born in Bridgeport on January 6, 1961, he was a lifelong resident of Trumbull. Mr Feola was a 1979 graduate of Trumbull High School where he was an all-state football athlete. He attended both UConn and Mississippi State University on football scholarships. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from MSU. Mr Feola worked as a self-employed carpenter.

Besides his mother and uncle, he is survived by his brothers, Frank Lisi of Easton, and Julio Lisi of Colorado; a nephew, Matthew Lisi and nieces Katie and Caroline Lisi, all of Easton. He is also survived by his loving fiancée, Sarah Burke, of Fairfield; and another uncle, Rocco Feola of Monroe.

Funeral services were held on January 24 from the Spadaccino Funeral Home, 499 Washington Avenue, Bridgeport. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull. Entombment was in the Chapel Mausoleum of Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
